I spoke to Patrick to book a flight for my family. He was actually on a balloon flight when I spoke with him on the phone and he was very informative and courteous. He assured me of their safety protocols and procedures and told me that he could get me on a balloon that same week. The day of the flight we met his wife Brittany who was the pilot. She was fun, professional and a native New Mexican. This matters because she knows the terrain well and will keep you safe. At the end of our tour we celebrated with champagne and a meat and cheese platter. We would recommend to our friends and family any time.
